تم إصدار هذه الطوابع  بمناسبة مشاركة دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في دورة الألعاب الأولمبية الصيفية في برشلونة عام 1992. شاركت الدولة في منافسات ألعاب القوى، ورياضة الدراجات، والسباحة من خلال 10 رياضيين.
These stamps were issued to commemorate the participation of the United Arab Emirates in the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona. The country competed in athletics, cycling, and swimming, represented by 10 athletes.
