Each stamp is inscribed in Arabic and English with “Red Cross Centenary” and cancelled with a commemorative red circular postmark “Dubai – Red Cross Centenary – 1 SEP 63.” The cachet features the Red Cross emblem and bilingual text in Arabic and English, along with the dates 1863–1963.
